When a phaverian mirrors a post, there should be an option to write on the mirrored post so as to create clarity to his/her community. And points should be given to mirrored posts as it expands the audience thereby helping the community more.

I like this idea.
Also, maybe do a 1/9 split? For example, if you mirror a post, you get 1/10 of the points for stakes while the original poster gets 9/10 of the points for stakes.
2 ways to reduce abuse of this: 1) Limit to mirroring original posts (so you can't mirror a mirror of a mirror, etc.) and maybe only allow posts to be mirrored on personal feeds and ONCE per community/topic (I know you can't currently mirror to communities, but just in case this changes)
