Option in 3 dots of posts and profiles that allows anyone to mute a user but only from their own feed. Strong demand from our powerusers who see some people pushing way too much content in the topics they follow but not too low quality to require shadowban/timeout.

Unmuting could happen in the profile dot menu as well, just need to find the user in search first to access it.
